By making an order, creating an account, placing and add or contacting a seller you accept these conditions.
Tibiatrader.com will never return any money you have sent to the seller or us for middelman services. If the purchase is between you and another user you have to make your own conditions.
We will not return your money that you've spent to boost the ad unless the problem were caused by us. We will not refund money if you were banned for account sharing/trading reasons. We will not refund any account purchases made in the shop. All trades in the shop are final, no money will be returned.
